  • Does it work?
It absolutely does. It is important to remember however that it is not a magic fix, you must want to change, and you must actively participate in your recovery.
  • What if I think I already know the reason behind my issue?
Even if you think you know the reason, the hypnotic state allows you to see it in a completely new way. That’s what helps us change the meaning and ultimately, achieve permanent and everlasting transformation. In hypnosis, many clients go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. All you need to do is relax and trust your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
  • When will I start to see changes?
Every person is different, and their experience will be very individual. There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy: Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. Gradual: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life. You may experience a combination of the three.
  • Is hypnosis safe?
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of mind. It is completely safe, and you are fully in control during the session. You are fully able to talk, move, and open your eyes if you wish to do so. It simply grants an easier access into your subconscious mind.
  • What if I don’t “go deep” enough?
Don’t worry about how deep you go. Many specialists agree that you don’t actually need to go very deep for the process to work. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. I also find that as the session progresses you feel more and more relaxed and go even deeper. The key is to tell yourself that this is working, you don’t need to make anything happen, and just let it happen. The subconscious mind is a little bit like a child; the more you put pressure on it, the less it responds, so the key is to let go and relax.
  • Can you make me do things I do not want to do under hypnosis?
I cannot make you do anything you do not want to do! You are completely in control during the session. In fact, often times during the session I will check in with you whether a certain interpretation we make resonates with you or not. If it does not, you will tell me so.
  • What does it feel like to be in hypnosis?
Most people feel simply a deep state of relaxation. You may think you are entirely conscious. You may even get thoughts that it is not working – this is very normal. Allow those thoughts to come and go, relax, and follow my guidance. You will be able to hear everything around you but you will be focused on your internal state and may even “switch off” to those sounds around you. You don’t go anywhere, you don’t feel any different other than completely relaxed. In fact, it is very similar to meditation.
  • Will I be asleep?
No, you are awake and alert, and you can open your eyes at any time.
  • What if I cannot be hypnotised?
Everyone can be hypnotised as long as they want to be hypnotised and choose to accept suggestions. Remember hypnosis is a completely natural state, it is very similar to the state you pass through as you fall asleep and wake up. It's an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process. You can even do it with your eyes open but it is much easier to close your eyes, and relax!
  • What if I cannot come out of hypnosis?
Getting stuck in hypnosis is a myth. You have complete control the entire time. At the very end I will instruct you to open your eyes, but if for any reason you feel uncomfortable you can do that at any time. It has happened to me couple of times that a client needs to open their eyes, go to the bathroom, close the door or speak to someone who has interrupted the session. There’s absolutely no problem - we can go straight back into hypnosis with a short induction.
  • What will I feel like after the session?
You will most likely feel a sense of relief and freedom. Sometimes as we let go of emotions, we may feel tired. Make sure you take enough time to rest and take it easy after the session. The mind might sometimes offer new revelations and memories that need to be processed even in a conscious state after the session. That is completely normal. Your mind is pointing you to what you need to tackle next.
  • How long is a session?
An RTT session with me on average lasts 2 hours. In rare circumstances it may even go over two hours, depending on how much there is to process. I advise my clients to plan around 3 hours as I don’t normally interrupt or speed up the session due to lack of time. This time is absolutely worth investing.
  • You do sessions online. Do they work?
Absolutely! Hypnosis is as effective online as it is in person. I see my clients on Skype, MS Teams or Google Meet and get amazing results with them. One of the benefits of working online is that you can do the session in your own home which can make it easier for you to relax.

"The truth is that stress doesn’t come from your boss, your kids, your spouse, traffic jams, health challenges, or other circumstances. It comes from your thoughts about your circumstances.”
