About RTT / Benefits of RTT
Rapid Transformational Therapy is an award-winning complete solution-based treatment method developed by world renowned therapist and my mentor, Marisa Peer. Unlike traditional therapy which focuses on building rapport and slowly getting to the root over time, RTT utilizes some of the best elements of Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming in order to get to the root cause of client’s issue in the first session.
Most simple issues can be dealt with within 1 to 3 sessions while more complex issues such as anxiety or depression may require 6 sessions or more.
I truly believe that your mind holds all the information you need to understand the cause of what is holding you back and this method ensures you find it quickly and easily. After all, understanding is power and it holds the key to your emotional freedom.

Why you should work with me?
That’s a good question! Most of my professional life I worked as an assistant in all sorts of companies and industries, never feeling quite appreciated or supported. I would just stress all day whether due to a tight deadline, difficult customer, bullying by a colleague or emotional struggles caused by the overall feeling of not being good or important enough. I was underpaid, overworked, anxious and burned out – it got me physically ill. I kept changing jobs and carrying the same toxic workplace model into each new company with me until I stepped onto my self-healing journey and started the inner work. Over time I’ve managed to turn my life around together with the lives of many people around me.
Hypnosis and RTT changed my life and now I’m deeply committed to share everything I know with you and to guide you on your very personal self-healing journey. Because I truly believe that a positive change in your career or your life in general starts with your personal change by raising the level of your emotional intelligence.
My session was on feeling overwhelmed. She helped me understand why my mind is always in chaos and heal all those areas. I couldn’t get anything done because I couldn't focus on one task without 1000 other things popping up. My brain was like those popup windows on your computer when it gets hacked, completely out of control.
I am much more relaxed now and not stressed about all the things that need to be done. I can sit down and complete tasks without feeling like I didn't have the time to do it.
